Starwood Preferred Guest has announced their first quarter promotion for 2013, SPG Power Up.
With this promotion, you will earn an extra 2,000 Starpoints for every four eligible nights which maxes out at 8,000 Starpoints after staying 16 nights.
You will earn an extra 10,000 Starpoints for staying 20 nights during the promotion, which runs from January 15, 2013 through April 15, 2013.
While not a promotion that will make me change my hotel stays during this period, it is a good way to earn extra Starpoints on stays that are already planned.
For almost reaching Platinum status by having 20 one night stays, the max of 18,000 Starpoints hardly seems worth it.
