registration desk is located to the left and in the back.
Registration was quick, and all
Diamond benefits were clearly explained.
As the hotel has no Regency Club, breakfast was offered in the restaurant.
Unfortunately, the 2,500 bonus Gold Passport
points also do not apply as there is no Regency Club.

given the
VIP Suite, which measures approximately 1,850 square feet.
As you enter the VIP Suite, there
is a wet bar immediately to the left.

The Hyatt Regency Phoenix is a good hotel if you need to be in the downtown area. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and is conveniently located. I would definitely stay here again if in the downtown area.
